Scores and extracurriculars might get applicants considered, but authentic stories and experiences get students admitted. At Learn to Write Now, we’ve spent the last twenty years helping high school seniors get into their dream schools, and we've used our experience to develop three unique eight-week CAE Workshops that give students the structure, coaching, and accountability to move from overwhelmed to ready to submit with confidence.
With seasoned essay coaches, weekly personalized feedback, and a proven CAE methodology, students learn how to present an authentic, compelling story that helps them stand out in a sea of applicants.
Our three core courses are;
Pre-CAE: Build the Foundation
CAE I: Write Your Story
CAE II: Finishing Touches

Any rising senior (or senior) who wants a clear plan — and a coach in their corner — will benefit from CAE. These workshops are especially helpful for students who:
Need personalized, expert feedback to revise efficiently and elevate their writing beyond “good enough.”
In short, we’re here to help your student become an applicant that the admissions committee remembers.
Students will learn how to move from exploration to submission with a step-by-step strategy. Not only that, they’ll learn how to tell their story with specificity and demonstrate their most compelling strengths–skills that will serve them beyond the application process as they vie for internships, jobs, and future coveted opportunities. Writing an activity list is not so different from writing a resume, and penning a supplemental essay could easily be replaced by writing a cover letter.
Students meet weekly for 75 minutes on Zoom in small-group, live online workshops. Families get the best of both worlds: real instruction and real coaching, all from the comfort of their home. We use Google Classroom and our LTWN systems to keep materials organized, deadlines clear, and feedback easy to track. While it’s small-group instruction, the feedback is individualized/personalized to meet the needs of the students uniquely.
The three core courses are:
Pre-CAE: Offered from March to April
CAE I: Offered from June to July
CAE II: Offered from September to October
Our recommendation: most students get the strongest results by following the full CAE roadmap — from foundation to final submission. However, students may join at any time.
Can’t make our scheduled classes? We also offer Asynchronous Essay Review and private coaching for families who want more flexibility or 1:1 attention.
Students leave CAE with more than “better essays.” They leave with a complete plan and the confidence that they’ve done everything in their power to submit their strongest, most authentic application.
At LTWN, we help your child believe in their dreams and challenge themselves. We teach them to be brave under stress and to persist through difficulties. Through our College Application Essay Workshop, your child will receive the support and encouragement they need to achieve and surpass their academic goals. The lessons they learn will serve them well beyond the CAE workshops.

And that’s just the beginning! LTWN always watches out for your child and supports parents and students along their academic journeys.
As the late and great Maya Angelou once said, “I did then what I knew how to do. Now that I know better, I do better.” Here at LTWN, we hold Angelou’s words as a flame of truth. We are eager to see what your child can do today so that we may guide them to be their very best tomorrow.
