LTWN’s ACT Workshop is a semester-long program for students in Grades 10 through 12 looking to improve their test-taking skills in the ACT Reading and Writing section. With weekly mini-lessons and proctored and timed practice tests, your child will develop healthy test-taking and study habits outside of class, while receiving strategy textbooks and digital testing materials to aid their learning. Our instructors provide a balanced combination of lectures and discussions to ensure your child gains a thorough understanding of the skills they learn and can put them into practice.
While we focus on the English and Reading sections, students who have studied with us have reported success navigating word problems in the Science and Math sections as well. Our analysis of your child's baseline skills helps us understand their strengths and how they can employ them to overcome test-taking challenges. The skills they learn with us will not only make them stellar test-takers but also give them the confidence to succeed in all areas of life. Our alumni frequently score within the 32 and 36 range, with some achieving total scores of 35 and 36 points!
This workshop is designed for high schoolers looking to improve their skills in the English and Reading sections of the ACT exam. While we do not offer test prep for the Math or Science sections, students who have studied with us have reported success in these areas as well.
Students in the ACT Workshop will learn about the following:

At LTWN, we help your child achieve their dreams and challenge themselves. We teach them to be brave under stress and persist through difficulties. Through our ACT Workshop, your child will get the support and encouragement needed not just to meet but surpass their academic goals. The lessons they learn will serve them well beyond test day.
And that’s just the beginning! LTWN always watches out for your child and supports parents and students along their academic journeys.
As the late and great Maya Angelou once said, “I did then what I knew how to do. Now that I know better, I do better.” Here at LTWN, we hold Angelou’s words as a flame of truth. We are eager to see what your child can do today so that we may guide them to be their very best tomorrow.
